Terms & Conditions

Bibbentuckers provides dry cleaning and laundry services to in-store and delivery customers ("the Customer"). Bibbentuckers processes the Customer's account in accordance with the Customer's Customer Profile. The following Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Customer Profile and will be adhered to by Bibbentuckers. Bibbentuckers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customer Profile

The information contained on the Customer Profile will only be used by Bibbentuckers. Bibbentuckers does not sell, or provide to third parties, its customer list or information provided on the Customer Profile. So long as the Customer is an active Bibbentuckers' customer, Bibbentuckers requires the Customer to keep the Customer Profile current. The Customer Profile enables Bibbentuckers to better serve the Customer by (i) processing the Customer's garments in accordance with his or her preferences; (ii) contacting the Customer about garment problems; (iii) mailing special Bibbentuckers promotional materials; (iv) accepting the Customer's personal checks without check verification; and (v) processing credit cards of the Customer

In-Store Service

Bibbentuckers provides dry cleaning and laundry services on a normal two-day turn around. Same-day service is available upon request. To receive same-day service, dry cleaning and laundry orders must be received by 9:00 am and will be ready for pick-up after 6:00 pm.

Delivery Service

Delivery customers receive pick-up and delivery of dry cleaning and laundry twice weekly at no extra charge. The service days are as set forth on the Customer's Customer Profile and represent days on which Bibbentuckers services the zip code in which the Customer resides. The Customer's dry cleaning and laundry will be picked up and delivered in accordance with the instructions on the Customer's Customer Profile. No pick-up and delivery service will be provided on holidays on which Bibbentuckers is closed.

Drop-Off and Delivery Bags

Bibbentuckers dry cleaning and laundry bags and bag tags are provided free of charge to Bibbentuckers Express customers and to delivery customers. Such bags and bag tags remain the property of Bibbentuckers and will be returned to Bibbentuckers if the Customer no longer uses Bibbentuckers' service. Upon request, Bibbentuckers will provide "stain" stickers and inventory sheets for the Customer's optional use with the bags. To the extent inventory sheets are utilized by the Customer, Bibbentuckers will promptly notify the Customer of any discrepancy. If the Customer does not use an inventory sheet, the ticket, as marked in by Bibbentuckers, will constitute the Customer's complete order.

24-Hour Drop-Off

Bibbentuckers offers its Bibbentuckers Express customers 24-hour drop off of dry cleaning and laundry through its electronic drop box. To access the drop box the Customer should request an electronic code for the drop box. The Customer agrees to use Bibbentuckers' drop box only for the Customer's dry cleaning and laundry and to place the items dropped off in a Bibbentuckers drop-off bag. All deposits made to the drop box are video taped and permanently stored.

Bibbentuckers Express

Bibbentuckers offers Bibbentuckers Express to its customers. Express benefits include quick pick-up of garments, complimentary Bibbentuckers Dry Cleaning and Laundry Bags, 24-hour drop box availability and curbside Express Drop-Off. Each Bibbentuckers Express customer will have his or her credit maintained on file with Bibbentuckers and such card will be automatically charged for the amount of purchase at the time of dry cleaning and laundry pick-up.

Care Label Instructions

To protect the Customer's garments, Bibbentuckers follows the Care Label instructions on each item it processes. To the extent the Customer desires to not have the Care Label instructions followed, a Garment Release is required and the Customer assumes all liability for the garment. If a Care Label is missing or has been removed from a garment, Bibbentuckers will process the garment in accordance with guidelines for that type of garment established by the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute. Bibbentuckers assumes no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.

Extent of Liability

Bibbentuckers assumes no liability for items left with Bibbentuckers over 30 days. Any difference in the number of items brought to Bibbentuckers versus the number returned to the Customer, or any damage to an item, must be reported to Bibbentuckers within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery of the item(s). Should Bibbentuckers lose or damage a garment, Bibbentuckers reimburses the Customer with a Bibbentuckers store credit at the retail value of the lost or damaged garment with a valid receipt of purchase.

Holidays

Bibbentuckers is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day and the Fourth of July.
